The Youth Challenge Program platform supports the entire applicant/student lifecycle. The database was designed to support recruitment to post residential and beyond, keeping in mind the potential to add the “Job Challenge Program” so that all Youth Challenge Programs are in one database. This state-of-the art platform supports internal operational processes and helps support the success of the cadets through better communication and engagement from the prospect stage, through enrollment, to post-residential, to successful futures.
