Are you looking to grow your technical skill in a SaaS environment? We have an immediate position for an entry-level client solutions specialist to help drive successful adoption and use of the FolderWave platform that accommodates admissions, financial aid and broader enrollment environments. In this role, you’ll quickly gain client service experience, customer support skills, product design and technical experience.
Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 2-5 years experience in IT implementation and client services, and is comfortable pressing boundaries and constantly striving to improve the way things are done. You’ll be part of an internal team but also get to work independently to make our clients and partners enthusiastic users of our product,
Must have a working knowledge of tech operations processes including Adobe Products, XML, HTML, Zendesk or other ticketing software.
